The best point to farm them will be right at the end of mission 13: You will get to the point where you have to destroy four blood clots. Near these clots, enemies will respawn very quickly and you can earn tons of orbs. To keep the combo level high, equip your guns (with Faust level 4 at least) and lock the target on the enemies, continuing to shoot without stopping. Once you have taken them out, restart from the last checkpoint and go to the clots again. Repeat the procedure until you are satisfied.
