In the year of the arrival of the next-gen, the market response continues to have only one master: FIFA 21.
The Electronic Arts football team has been able to wipe out the competition, in terms of sales, also for 2020, making it the best-selling video game in Europe for the fourth year in a row. In the most important countries such as Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, United Kingdom, Poland, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Holland and Norway FIFA 21 didn't have much competition, whose only exceptions were the France (Animal Crossing NH), la Russia (The Last of Us Part 2) and the Finland (Minecraft).
The dominance of Electronic Arts and its FIFA anticipates that of Nintendo, which proves aonce again in a state of grace with two out of three games on the podium. We are speaking, in fact, of Animal Crossing: New Horizons and the immortal Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, still firmly at the top of the sales charts.
