Forza Horizon 5 may not have been announced yet, but a reporter said it could be earlier in 2021 than the previously announced Forza Motorsport.
In The Xbox Empire podcast, Jeff Grubb di GameBeat revealed that “we may have the next Forza Horizon game sooner than Forza Motorsport,” although Playground Games has yet to confirm that the game is in development.
“We saw Forza Motorsport being teased a few months ago [but] I think we might have the next Forza Horizon game first and I think it might come next year,” Grubb said (thanks, VGC). “I'm in a weird situation where for some reason Playground says it looks like they might be ready to go first. I think I know the setting, but I'll let them announce it ”.
At the moment, there have been no confirmations in any way on the rumors, so all we can do is treat the claim with healthy skepticism, but as always we will update as soon as we know more.
