LA Noire, Case 11 - "Murder of the White Shoe"
Examine the victim's arms and neck as usual, paying particular attention to the label on the collar of the shirt, which will indicate the next place to go to continue with the investigation. Then check the ground around the body for shoe prints and tire marks. Go to the phone to call the central: while you do it you will be interrupted by Mrs. Catherine. The woman will tell you one statement and tell you the truth. Continue to the phone and make your call, then continue to the next destination: the laundry.
Once there you will have to investigate the customer register: look for the number you previously saw written on the label on the victim's shirt (F1363), to find out their name and address.
Go to the newly discovered address and investigate in this order: Examine the packet of matches next to the chessboard on the table in the living room; examine the upside-down photo on the bedside table in the bedroom; cross the kitchen and go to the closet (your partner will already be there) to examine the women's handbag near the sink, checking all the objects inside; now move your gaze near the door to find (and examine as usual) the pair of muddy boots; exiting the closet, finally, take a look at the wet red and black shirt (it looks like blood). Now go out into the garden and go to the right, to examine the boat which is missing a piece of anchor rope; re-enter and use the phone to make a call, then question Lars, the victim's husband:
- Statement 1: FALSE (you have seen the rope, this is your proof)

- Statement 3: DOUBT
Claim 4: FALSE (as proof you have the bloody shirt seen in the closet)
Now go to the bar whose address you read a little while ago on the matchbox (the one found near the chessboard), where the bartender will give you other clues. To get them you will have to question him:

- Statement 2: DOUBT
- Statement 3: TRUE
Once you exit the bar you will be involved in a car shooting. Win the fight and stop your attacker for questioning:
- Statement 1: DOUBT
- Statement 2: DOUBT
Continue driving until you find the taxi and talk to the driver, then use a nearby telephone for a call to the central. They will tell you to go back right there, where you can conduct another interrogation:
- Statement 1: DOUBT
- Statement 2: DOUBT
- Statement 3: DOUBT
- Statement 4: DOUBT
Go to the next location (the bus station) and talk to the woman at the tills to receive the map that will help you find the next destination: you will have to use the signs to follow a yellow bus. Stop it (sound the car's siren) and talk to the driver. Then go to the next destination based on the information obtained, being ready to face a fight with bare hands. Inside the hut where you will have fought you will find one of the collectible newspapers: collect it and watch the movie before continuing. Then examine the photo and the purse on the table leaning against the opposite wall (examine it both externally, for the initials, and internally, to see the ticket). Move again to see a bloody rope next to the bed. Now go back to the police station for yet another interrogation:
- Statement 1: FALSE (the bloody rope is your proof)
- Statement 2: DOUBT
- Statement 3: False (the proof is the bag found just before)
Once the interrogation is complete, you will also have your culprit and the case will be closed.
