Almost two years have passed since Dontnod Entertainment was preparing to launch Life is Strange 2, the second chapter of one of the most popular titles of the last generation. Just like the predecessor, too the game following the story of brothers Sean and Daniel Diaz was released in episodic format and, at least initially, only digitally.
Now, however, the retail version of the entire second season is available and, as already done previously with Life is Strange, the first episode will be downloadable for free. Announcing that the first three hours - this is the length of the episode - would be available for free was the game's publisher, Square Enix.
This is a permanent decision assaults on the stores will not be necessary to avoid the risk of arriving late. The first episode of Life is Strange 2 - of which you can read our review here - can therefore be obtained for free by downloading it from the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One stores or from Steam.
