    Monster Hunter Rise announced on Nintendo Switch

    At Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase, the new short version of Nintendo Direct focusing on Nintendo's partners, Capcom revealed a new chapter in the saga of Monster Hunter, called Monster hunter rise, which will be released on March 26, 2021, worldwide.

    A new Monster Hunter game for the Nintendo Switch had already been leaked recently, which also claimed that the game would run on a Switch compatible version of the RE Engine. Both leaks turned out to be true.



    Monster Hunter Rise announced on Nintendo Switch

    The only Monster Hunter game released on Switch so far is the port of the Nintendo 3DS game Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate, making this the first made by Capcom specifically for the Switch.

    Further news could be shared at the Tokyo Game Show, which will be held from 23 to 27 September and of which Capcom will be a guest.
