Pokémon Sword and Shield - Guide to Fossils and Battle Points

Pokémon Sword and Shield - Guide to Fossils and Battle Points

As in the previous chapters of the series, also in Sword and Shield Pokémon for Nintendo Switch you will have the opportunity to discover and collect several Pokémon fossils. In each game it will be possible to find 2 different types of fossils for a total of 4, all hidden in the Wilds of the game world. By combining 2 fossils you will get a very rare example of Fossil Pokémon and, in this regard, here is our guide to find the right combination of Fossils in Pokémon Sword and Shield.

In the meanders of the Wild Lands, more precisely in the Piana dei Ponti, you will find two nice characters called the "Digging Duo", which in exchange for 500 Watts they will offer to dig for you for the Pokémon Fossils. After finding the fossils head to Route 6 to meet researcher Fossilia Di Strattis, which you can find to the left of a camping tent just before Latermore. At this point, show her 2 Pokémon Fossils and ask her to combine them. If you show her the right combination, the researcher will give you a very rare specimen of Fossil Pokémon. Below are the Pokémon that can be obtained and the relative combinations of fossils to show in Fossilia:

    • Arctozolt: combining Ornitofossile and Plesiofossile - Ice / Electric type
    • Arctovish: combining Ornitofossil and Ichthyofossil - Water / Electric type
    • Dracozolt: Combining Dracofossile and Plesiofossile - Dragon / Electric type
    • Dracovish: combining Dracofossil and Ichthyofossil - Dragon / Water type
