Resident Evil Village, new chapter of the homonymous horror videogame series signed Capcom, has finally revealed some of its features, via a new gameplay footage recently released by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
The video, lasting just 3 minutes, is a short promo for the next-gen console Sony PlayStation 5, which sees as the protagonist some titles with expected release on the latter and the tennis player Naomi Osaka.
The athlete, in fact, starts the movie talking about the characteristics of the new hardware, and how it is able to provide a completely different gaming experience compared to the previous platform. PlayStation 4. The focus of the first part of the video is the controller PS5 who, thanks to his sensitivity, manages to make each game unique and to eliminate that sense of frustration that one often risks encountering due to the lack of responsiveness of the commands.
Following this brief presentation of the generic features of the hardware, the video allows you to take a look at short game segments of some titles, including Spider-Man: Miles Morales and the future Resident evil village.
Dedicated to the new title of the Capcom horror saga were 33 seconds of the promotional video, in which we see Naomi Osaka take advantage of the features of the future controller to take the first steps inside the scary village protagonist of the next chapter. The part of the game shown does not allow you to take a look in detail at fundamental parts of the gameplay, but it certainly manages to give an idea about the atmosphere that will characterize the title.
At the moment, in addition to these short clips, Capcom did not want to reveal too many features or the expected date of arrival on the market of Resident evil village, probably in an attempt to amaze both fans of the series and newbies even more when it comes out. Village will be available on PC and next-gen consoles PlayStation 5 e Xbox Series X, starting from 2021.
