After defeating the fifth Colossus of Shadow of the Colossus you will leave, as usual, from the Sanctuary of the Cult and this time raising your sword to the sky you will see that the direction to take will be southwest.
Go in search of the sixth creature e you will know that you are on the right track when you see a patch of dense, very tall trees on the horizon. As you get closer you will notice that they are on top of a rocky ledge and, at this point, head to the right which will take you along a path through the forest.
Keep following the path to the edge of the cliff and through a small cave until you come to a desert landscape.
Raise your sword to the sky to spot an edge of another cliff in the distance and proceed along that path. You will find yourself in the middle of a very violent sandstorm that will obscure your view, but as you proceed it will not be too difficult to see a large temple carved in the rock to the right of a large and thick tree.
Once you have located the entrance, go through it, follow the corridor until you reach a large room. At this point, go down to the bottom and do not fear: you will survive. At this point you will get to know the sixth Colossus from Shadow of the Colossus, the Giant of the Temple. The creature will not let you think even for a moment and will immediately try to trample you. To escape him run to the end of the room where you are and as you proceed climb up the walls.
The Giant of the Temple will follow you and destroy the walls right where you are climbing, then keep moving quickly and without stopping until you come to some pillars holding up a stone platform: hide in the shadows and wait. At this point the Colossus will come looking for you and to do so he will lower his head to peer into the dark: this will be your auspicious moment, so run out of the shadows towards the giant, jump and grab his beard. Climb the Giant's head to the top and here you will find the first weak point that you need to hit a couple of times.
Once the weak spot is no longer illuminated go down to the lower back of the colossus and, just under the left shoulder blade, you will find the second and last weak point. Hit it and the sixth Colossus of Shadow of the Colossus will fall defeated and will earn you the “Tomb of the Giant” or “Giant's Tomb” trophy.
