That's when we'll see the next Tales of on the shelves
Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Tales of Arise. At the moment the trailer is only available in Japanese and, in about two minutes, it shows both short clips of gameplay and scenes belonging to the main plot of the title. More important, however, is that the Tales of Arise release date.
The trailer shows the release date of the JRPG in Japan, which is September 9 this year. Tales of Arise will be released in the rest of the world the following day, the September 10th. In an interview with Famitsu, producer Yusuke Tomizawa revealed some details. Here are the most important:
- The Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions will enjoy free upgrades for the Xbox Series X / S and PlayStation 5 versions
- Tales of Arise will support DualSense vibration capabilities
- Tales of Arise will support 60 fps and 4K resolution
- The Arts and Skills will be back
- There will be no victory screens after the fights but you will immediately return to the world map
- Development is progressing very well so no future delays are expected on the release of the title
