The Initiative's purchasing campaign continues undaunted, the new studio created specifically by Microsoft to realize, in the already expressed intentions of the Redmond giant, triple A titles with a high emotional impact.

After shopping at Crystal Dynamics by hiring Darrell Gallagher, one of the key characters in the rebirth process of the Tomb Raider franchise, and hiring people responsible for the likes of God of War and Red Dead Redemption, the draft arrives today (arrived via Twitter) that Lee davis, melee animation lead by Naughty Dog, represents the new entry of the team making up the talented software house based in Santa Monica.

Considering the curriculum of Lee Davis, Uncharted and The Last of Us over all the rest, it is evident how much Microsoft is believing in The Initiative, enriching the studio from time to time with highly skilled figures, capable of helping to shape a whole series of out-of-parameter production in terms of gross quality.

Former Head of Melee Animation at Naughty Dog Lee Davis joins The Initiative as the Lead Gameplay Animator. He worked on The Last of Us I & II, Uncharted 4 & Uncharted 2.

Didn't the major acquisitions end there? We'll find out soon, we suppose.
