The new feature of the Xbox operating system will allow players to download games before launch. Obviously, you must have pre-ordered the game from a store. Then, you need to have either the disc ready or the software in digital version.
Jerko Cilas, a member of Lords of Gaming, was the first to notice this feature and showed it on Twitter yesterday afternoon. Via his Android app, he managed to download a game even before its release. All this, using the new Xbox App which is currently in Beta phase.
To show it all, he selected one of the most anticipated and not yet released titles: Assassin's Creed Valhalla, and simply downloaded it. By checking on the site, there is no type of pre-loading.
This new feature will surely make you happy those who don't have a very powerful connection, so that they too can have their favorite game as soon as it is available by downloading it much earlier.
