Half-Life: Alyx - Guide to the first mod

It was to be expected, because where there is a game for PC, there is a Mod on the horizon; now it's up to Half-Life: Alyx.

Essentially we will now show you how to change the movie that appears on TV monitor present in Alyx's greenhouse at the beginning of the game, where Alyx will find herself talking to her father Eli. So, here are the necessary steps:

1. make your way through the folders on your PC and locate the path SteamApps / Common / Half-Life Alyx / Game / HLVR / Panorama / Videos
2. find the file "intro_world_heist.webm"
3. copy the file to your desktop or wherever you prefer (this copy is for not permanently losing the file)
4. grab a WebM movie of your preference and drag it into this folder
5. rename the file you just dragged as the original movie, ie "intro_world_heist.webm"

Get creative as you see fit now. and let go of the creativity that VR (and in particular Half-Life: Alyx seem to allow), or have fun finding all the easter eggs of the game with our handy guide.
