Reyes Vidal is a Mass Effect Andromeda character with whom it is possible to have a romance. He is not part of our Ryder's group as he is not aboard the Tempest: all the main options regarding his romance will be available after you complete the story mission on the planet Kadara.
He's a bisexual character so you can hook him up with both Sara and Scott Ryder. If you get to a certain point with his romance, as well as all the others, the latter will be foreclosed on. The moments in which you will be allowed to have love dialogues with him will mostly be when you are at the Slum Bar in Kadara, during the missions "Murder at the Port of Kadara" and "Precious Cargo".
A small note: the possibility of having other romances depends on your decision during the “Hunt for the Archon” mission on Kadara. To engage in romance with Reyes Vidal you will have to decline Sloane's offer, otherwise you will have no chance to impress him.
