In the world of Fallgrim there are 2 types of mushrooms. The former are the Weltcaps while the latter are the Tarsporas. Make sure you always take them, whenever they regenerate; after reaching 50, you will unlock the trophy. - Step Goal - Kill an enemy with bear trap
Within the game world, you will find several traps. To unlock this trophy, you will have to make an enemy rise and die using only the damage of the traps. - Flesh and Instinct - Find your first Shell
After meeting the boss in the initial tutorial, you find yourself teleported to a new area. From this point continue through the tunnel, once you find the crack, turn left towards a dead end. Examine the corpse on the ground to find Harros' shell. - Is This a Sparta? - Kill an enemy by kicking them off a platform
The first step to get this trophy is to unlock the “soccer” skill. This skill allows you to kick by pressing the "square" button. Following the first step, attract an enemy near a precipice and press the "square" button; after the enemy has fallen and died the trophy is yours! - Bring the Glands Back to Me - Bring a gland to Dark Father
Defeated the first of the three "main" bosses of the main quest, you find yourself in possession of the gland. At this point you just have to go back to Fallgrim Tower and deliver it to the old prisoner. - The Good Times are Killing Me - Jam with a brigand
Obtained the lute - musical instrument - by defeating enemies in the Lands of Fallgrim; you have to go towards the enemies sitting around the fire intent on playing the aforementioned instrument. To get this trophy, go to an elevated area, making sure that the enemies remain below you. Now use the L2 button while jumping off the ledge. If you manage to inflict damage on one or more enemies, the trophy is guaranteed. - Purrfect - Pet Vlas's Cat
To unlock this trophy you must meet Vlas the game merchant, who can be found near the bell of the Fallgrim Tower. When you reach the merchant, interact with the cat to unlock the trophy.
Silver Trophies
- Brigand Life - Waste your life away with Baghead
Baghead is an NPC you can meet in the Fallgrim swamp. When you reach the swamp area - the one with the big frog - enter the cave and exit, immediately turn left and go up a path. Kill some enemies, meet Baghead sitting near a chest. Talk to him and he will ask you for two items:
1. A Roasted Rat
2. A Superior Moonshine
After you give him both items, he will ask you to "go out with him forever"; accepted and a movie will start, with related credits. At the end of the credits, the trophy is yours. - Bars Tended - Become familiar with all items - Missable Trophy
The aim of this trophy is to achieve the maximum degree of familiarity with all the objects in the game. The only completely lost item is the one you get after defeating the tutorial boss, but this item is not required for this trophy. - Sugar Baby - Spend over 50,000 Tar in the Vlas's Shop
The most difficult trophy in terms of time. This trophy can be unlocked in a single run, as long as you manage to spend 50.000 Tar from the merchant Vlas. To facilitate Tar farming, we advise you to “change the game world” by talking to the pilgrim at Fallgrim Tower, so that the enemies are stronger than the standard ones, in order to get more Tar. - Untarnished - Parry over 100 attacks

Grisha is practically the miniboss of the game. Within the game, the Grisha is present in 3 versions. The first version is near the Fallgrim Tower; the second Grisha is a mandatory miniboss of the Abandonded Chamber area. Finally there is a third version, the latter only appearing when you get the gland. - Faded the Fire - Defeat Imrod, the Unrepentant
This trophy is unlocked when the 'Shrine of Ash' area boss is defeated. - Matryr'd the Martyr - Defeat Tarsus, the First Martyr
This trophy is unlocked when the boss of the "Crypt of Martyrs" area is defeated. - Tragic Loss - Defeat Crucix, the Twiceborn
This trophy is unlocked when the “Seat of Infinity” area boss is defeated. - Felled the Glandfather - Defeat The Unchained
This trophy is obtained when the final boss of the game is defeated. - Nailed It - Kill two or more enemies with one shot from the ballistazooka
To unlock this trophy, the player must purchase the “Tools” from Vlas; purchased must go to the counter of the "Tower of Fallgrim" and fix the "ballistazooka". Once your weapon is unlocked, just line up two enemies in single file and take out your ballistazooka.

The Nihilist - Renounce humankind
To get this trophy you have to give up the human form. The altar is located in the swamp area, inside a hole. Using the altar, the player loses all shells and upgrades, transforming you into the Obsidian Dark form.
