Despite the great attention on this German independent title, supported by the EA Originals program, Sea of Solitude has not fully convinced us, although it is ultimately about a pleasant and mature game, for the issues addressed.
Sea of Solitude short campaign completed we focused on the 22 Goals available, Achievements if you own an Xbox One and Trophies if you have a PlayStation 4, 9 of which are hidden among the ten chapters that make up the work of Cornelia Geppert.
Here is the complete list of 22 achievements for a total of 1000 Origin Points, indicating the value of each objective and whether or not it is hidden in brackets:
- Done !: Obtained all trophies (100) (hidden objective)
- Determination: Completed the game (90)
- Flock of Seagulls: You chased away all the seagulls (90)
- Bottling: Collected all bottles (90)
- On the run: You have walked a very long distance on foot (90) (hidden goal)
- Sailor: You have traveled a long distance by boat (90) (hidden objective)
- Bold Swimmer: Run a long distance on good while the balea was around (90) (hidden objective)
- Seeker: You fired 30 light signals (30) (hidden target)
- Sunny: Cleared Level 1 (30)
- Mom and Dad: Cleared Level 2 (30)
- Collapse: Cleared Level 3 (30)
- The Lonely Summit: Reached the top of the skyscraper (30)
- Human decoy: The whale ate you 20 times (30) (hidden target)
- Relax: You came back to life on the sofa in the skyscraper (30) (hidden objective)
- Deep Dive: Performed a head dive by jumping from a high point (30) (hidden target)
- Hands Up !: Hands in water grabbed you 10 times (30) (hidden target)
- School finished: You made it through school (15)
- Moses: You opened a passage through the water (15)
- Shoo !: You chased your first seagull (15)
- Uncork !: You collected your first message in a bottle (15)
- Fire !: You have fired the first light signal (15)
- Connection: You made a connection with Kay's reflection for the first time (15)
Finding hidden objectives will extend Sea of Solitude's poor longevity by 1-2 hours, and given the lack of alternate endings, with a little attention it will not be necessary to complete the entire game experience more than once.
