The Division 2 - How to enter contaminated areas

If you are playing The Divsion 2, the concept of Wasteland will not be new to you: these areas are marked on the map with black hatches on the perimeter, and it is possible to explore and enter them. Here's how to fully explore Massive Entertainment and Ubisoft's title.

The Division 2 - How to enter contaminated areas

The level of contamination of these areas is variable and is represented by the red area around them. To enter it, you will need to equip yourself properly to protect yourself from pests. In fact, in these areas the Green Poison has not been eradicated and depending on the level of contamination you will need certain equipment. Within the Contaminated Zones there will be no enemies: the difficulty will be more in having to break open several doors over and over to free your way. But let's get to the equipment: the first thing you will need will surely be a mask with filter. Depending on the level of contamination there will be a suitable filter and to enter the area you will need exactly the corresponding (or higher) filter. If you venture without the filter you will only have 10 seconds to get out: if you don't turn your heels quickly you will be infected and die. Entering each Contaminated Area you will have to complete the specific mission, at the end of which you will be rewarded with a treasure. The level of the reward will obviously depend on the level of the Wasteland.
