Among the various classes of weapons present in The Division 2, in terms of damage per second, light machine guns stand out without a doubt; among the exotic weapons of this latest Ubisoft title we also find theLMG Plague. Unfortunately, however, this exotic machine gun does not meet the "quality standards" of its class. In fact it is a weapon that, even at high equipment scores, has significantly under-scale damage per shot.
Despite the damage not worthy of note, however, we are faced with a weapon with talents of moderate utility:
- Plague of the Forsaken: hitting the same enemy 20 times he will be plagued by "plague of the outcasts". Killing an enemy afflicted by this status will create a toxic cloud for 10 seconds that can inflict 200% weapon damage per second and inflict "Plague".
- Over: reduces the enemy's healing capacity by 50% for 10 seconds, also an enemy with plague status, when knocked down, will instantly die. Status is removed if armor is restored.
- Resilience of the Forsaken: with the weapon stowed in the holster, it grants a 20% armor bonus for 5 seconds if you are afflicted by Blindness, Flames or Bleeding.
In The Division 2, unfortunately, to get Plague you will necessarily have to resort to a bit of luck and you will also have to be ready for some PvP. Indeed the weapon will be a random drop from some Elite enemies in the different Black Zones. In particular, it will be released by enemies with yellow health and with name; therefore we advise you to explore the various Zones as much as possible and try your hand at control events.
We must necessarily add another "unfortunately": the weapon released by the enemies will be contaminated and, consequently, you will have to extract it with the helicopter; in case you were killed by other players, this could also be stolen from you. At the same time, however, if you try your hand at some PvP in the ZN, you may also be lucky enough to recover it from other players. Anyhow we advise you to look for this exotic in a group with other friends so as to simplify the fighting with the elites and risk less against other players.
