After completing the main campaign of The Division 2 you will have access to all the part related to the endgame, including weapons and equipment.
Before accessing it, you must have reached level 30, completed 3 Strongholds and selected one of the 3 specializations. Once this is done you will have entered the World Tier 1 and you will notice that, next to your weapons, there will be a "equipment level". This level can obviously be improved by completing the "Invasion" versions of missions, but also improving the crafting table and buying the most powerful weapons from vendors.
To advance to World Tier 2 you will need to complete missions at Grand Washington Hotel e Jefferson Trade Center, and in sequence the Roccaforte associated mission, al District Union Arena. Reaching level 4 requires the creation of increasingly powerful weapons thanks to the upgrade of the crafting and the completion of the 6 missions with their 3 Strongholds.
Alternatively, you can upgrade your equipment level by using a perk called “High End Weapons”, level 3, which improves the damage level of High End weapons, first by 57% then by 96%.
Finally, regain possession of the Checkpoints with an alert level of at least 3 it will allow the drop of different Projects, allowing the creation of increasingly powerful weapons.
