This guide dedicated to the Gearbox Software title, recently available (here you can find our review of Borderlands 3), presents a first part dedicated exclusively to the PC version while the second part can also be followed on Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Duplicate legendary items
In Borderlands 3 you can find several ways to cheat the system, for example if you have a Legendary item and want to give it to a friend without, however, depriving yourself of it definitively.
On PC you can do this: Back up the save file first. Once this is done, copy it to a different folder or use cloud saves.
So, during a game, swap your weapon or just leave it in front of your friend. Exit the game and restore the old save file. Once you return to Borderlands 3 you will find the Legendary item in your inventory.
Repeat this operation as many times as you want to have a large amount of legendaries to resell to get a nice loot in return.
Unlimited ammo
If you want to further cheat the system and get off the rails of fairness during your games of Borderlands 3 there is a surefire way to get infinite ammo.
Technically this is not a real cheat but a weapon: the "Extreme Hangin 'Chadd" which you will get as a reward after completing the Swamp Bro side mission on Eden-6.
This type of weapon with infinite ammo is not a real novelty in the Borderlands universe, but there is something that makes this Chadd special.
Meanwhile is a rare weapon obtainable when you are around level 27. The description indicates that it uses four ammo per shot, which is not real information since it literally consumes no bullets.
Unlike other CoV weapons it does not overheat and, although it is a Rare weapon, it has good damage which, in addition to the infinite ammunition, ensures excellent reliability during firefights.

Weren't you lucky with the Legendary weapon drop? Chadd will certainly be a more than valid fallback solution to guarantee medium-high firepower and, above all, infinite!
