A tweet, already deleted, of a fan has therefore placed for the umpteenth time the question to confirm the cancellation of the Xbox One version directly to John Junyszek, Community Manager of Halo, who provided a fairly decisive answer:

We await confident updates on Halo Infinite but for the moment we know that the launch will take place in the fall of 2021 on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and also on Xbox One.
