As in Assassin's Creed Origins, also in Assassin's Creed Odyssey it will be possible to tame the animals we will meet along our path, making them fight for us for a given period of time, if we decide to free them or if they will die in the attempt. To do this, just farm skill points until you can conquer the skill of "Beast Master". Through this ability, once the animals have been stunned, we will be able to approach them and tame them.
Inside Odyssey, however, there are special animals called "Elite Animals". These are none other than stronger types of animals present in the title, as well as mythological variants that are also intertwined with the plot of the title or in any case with the myths of Ancient Greece. These, unlike normal animals, cannot be tamed, also because by not killing them you would lose the special loot that these would provide if defeated. However, it is possible that in the PC version of the title, some modders will have fun adding this feature: in that case we will certainly be the first to let you know!
