The new Pokémon Home application, developed by The Pokémon Company International and Nintendo, offers a cloud service to move and trade Pokémon from video games and the Pokémon Bank, storing them in virtual boxes. Using iOS and Android devices, you can also trade Pokémon using the Pokémon Home service.
The prodigious Box
The Pokémon deposited in the prodigious box will be exchanged with gamers from all over the world, the exchange can take place even while the players are not using Pokémon Home. By purchasing a premium service (for a fee), it will also be possible to trade more Pokémon at once.
The GTS (Global Trade System)
Using the GTS, you can specify which Pokémon you would like to offer for a trade and which ones you would like to receive. We will then search for a Trainer whose requests match your requirements. you can even request Pokémon that you haven't registered in the Pokémon Home National Pokédex yet! If you purchase a premium service (for a fee), you can also trade more Pokémon at once.
Group exchange
Group Swapping allows you to create a virtual group to trade Pokémon with players who log into it. Each group can accommodate up to a maximum of 20 people. With the group trade it is not known which Pokémon you will receive until the trade is completed. Group exchange is available at no cost, but group creation is only available if you have activated the premium (paid) service.
The exchange with friends
Trading with friends allows you to trade your Pokémon with other users, after you become friends on Pokémon Home, using the “Add a friend” option.
