No Man's Sky - Multiply inventory items with a bug

In No Man's Sky There are many precious materials and objects that will sometimes take hours of your time to be found. If you are a lazy gamer and do not want to farm like crazy here is a very simple trick to duplicate all the items in your inventory.

What you will need to do is:

    • Go to a vendor and buy everything that is valuable. (Skip this step if there is already something in your inventory that you would like to duplicate)
    • Make sure your inventory has as many or more free slots as there are occupied (If you have 10 items, not counting upgrades and tools, make sure you have 10 or more free slots)
    • Save the game by boarding your ship
    • Die. You die. Attack drones, piss off a ground monster or shoot a spaceship.
    • Now, once reborn, go to the menu and reload the previous save
    • Returning to the game you will notice that your inventory will remain the same as it had before you died, but your tombstone will not have disappeared.

As we have already explained to you in our special guide: returning to your tombstone you will recover the objects lost in death.
