Bad Ending 1

During the events of December 3rd (12/3) make sure you answer incorrectly than necessary for Normal Ending (see below).

Bad Ending 2

During the events of December 3rd (12/3) make sure you answer correctly (see Normal Ending). After that, during the events of December 5th (12/5), blame everyone except Adachi Tohru.

This will give you access to a new ending to the game called Accomplice Ending created specifically for Persona 4: The Golden

Normal Ending

During the events of December 3rd (12/3) be sure to give the following answers:

Wait a second here ...
We're missing something.
Namatame's true feelings.
Something's been bothering me.
We're missing something.
Calm the hell down!

During the events of December 5th (12/5) you blame Adachi Tohru for the murders and complete his dungeon and then, the day before departure, after saying goodbye to everyone, go straight home.

True Ending

During the events of December 3rd (12/3) make sure you answer correctly (see Normal Ending).
After that, during the events of December 5th (12/5) you blame Adachi Tohru for the murders and complete his dungeon.
The day before departure, after saying goodbye to everyone, do not go home immediately, but go to Junes. After the cutscene, go to the Riverbank in Samegawa Flood Plain and talk to Dojima and, immediately after, go to the Velvet Room and then go to the Gas Station gas station. Once this cutscene is over, enter the TV and complete the new final dungeon to be able to witness the real ending of the game.

NOTE: After the credits, a continuation of this ending created specifically for Persona 4: The Golden will be available
