PlayStation 5 it does not support a specific video resolution, in fact 1440p video output cannot be selected, unlike what happens on Xbox.
Despite what BenQ initially expressed, Sony has denied the possibility of selecting 1440p as the video output for the PlayStation 5, thus offering the standard video outputs for PlayStation: 720p, 1080p and 2160p (aka 4K).
