Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice - Dragon Mask Guide

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice - Dragon Mask Guide

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice proved to be a game full of contents and above all of secrets to discover. One of the first that will appear in front of us in one way or another will be mysterious pieces of one Ceremonial mask for dance. This was in fact divided into three different parts (right, left and the representation of the Dragon) that we will find in the hands of three different merchants present in the various play areas.

This mask will prove to be one of the most useful items in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice; this is because, once completed, it will have the power to increase ours attack force (in the same way as the Memories of the main boss fights). Given the difficulty inherent in the game itself, an object of this kind will prove to be infinitely useful to be able to face some fights with greater simplicity, or why not, even the new game +. Here is the location of the three parts of the mask:

    Mask - Right Fragment

You can find this piece early in the game. It will in fact be on sale at the Noble Vase Harunaga, in Hirata estate. To reach it, all you have to do is dive into the lake under the first bridge that you will cross after reaching this play area, and from here continue to the right until you reach small raised rocks just below a small waterfall. The merchant will be waiting for you right on these rocks, and will sell the fragment of the mask for 7 carp scales (which you can get by killing some carp that you will find in different streams in different game areas).

    Mask - Dragon Fragment

The second piece can also be purchased during the initial stages of the game (but given the excessive cost, we advise you to postpone it, especially given the fact that the last piece can only be obtained in one of the last areas of the game). This fragment will in fact be on sale at one of the merchants of the Congrega Memore, and in particular the one immediately next to the idol of the Dungeons Abandoned in Ashina Castle. As we previously anticipated, its cost will be quite prohibitive, since it will be on sale for well 5000 Sen.

    Mask - Sinister Fragment

To get the last piece you will have to follow some steps: first of all when faced with a choice at the top of Ashina Castle, you will have to decide to stick with Kuro. In this way you will end up reaching the so-called Palazzo Sorgente, and it will be in this place that you will find the last merchant with the last piece of the Mask. To reach it, all you have to do is start from the idol of the Palazzo Area, and from here enter the building on the right and then exit immediately on the left; from here you can then skirt the building proceeding to the right until you reach a point where, using the grappling hook, you can enter a small raised cavern. Proceeding inside you will reach the Noble Vase Koremori (and its idol), who will sell the last piece for 12 carp scales.

    How does it work?

Once you have obtained all the 3 Fragments of the Mask (at a total cost of 19 scales and 5000 Sen) you will automatically recompose it and from this moment you will unlock the possibility of enhancing your attack strength by consuming skill points at the idols. From this moment you can then decide whether to invest your skill points in unlocking new abilities in the related trees or whether to invest them to permanently improve your attack strength.
