Will Sega announce a new chapter of the Yakuza saga during the Tokyo Game Show? It's possible.
The news came via a promptly deleted tweet from Ayana Tsubaki. The description for the stream that will arrive on 27 September at 13 spoke of "new information regarding the Yakuza series".
Therefore, despite is not a confirmation, it is very likely that a new chapter in the much-loved series is in the pipeline, or whatever under development.
At the moment, we are all waiting for Yakuza Like a Dragon, the new chapter that will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Xbox One. The title will change the gameplay style a bit, given that the fights will be in turn and the whole game revolves around the "jobs", which they will act as the classes of a role-playing game.
We'll see if the "new information" will be about Yakuza Like a Dragon or a new chapter, we just have to wait for the stream dedicated.
