Techland returns to talk about its long-awaited horror game.

After a long absence from the scene, Dying Light 2 returns to be talked about, albeit sporadically. If last month the Techland guys had confirmed support for Ray Tracing, in the past few hours they have answered a series of questions by adding some further details on their awaited game.

In the latest video from AMA (Ask Me Anything), the spokespersons of the Polish studio shared some information about the world of Dying Light 2 and more. Specifically, speaking of the Open World also in relation to Dying Light, the associate producer Julia Szynkaruk reported that in Dying Light 2 there will be many more activities to do, not only in terms of events and meetings, but also in terms of areas to explore. "Not only will we have a living world with encounters everywhere, but you will also be able to explore new places, such as GRE Quaratines or Dark Places," said Szynkaruk.

Following, lead game designer Tymon Smektala explained that in Dying Light 2 it will not be possible to ally with anyone, despite being a game based on player choices. “Our world is extremely brutal, extremely primal, full of threats and conflicts,” said Smektala, “so if you have no allies, you will basically die very fast - and we don't want you to die very fast, but to make decisions. So a lone wolf option will not be available, you will have to decide if you want to help those kids or the others ”.
