G.SKILL releases new 256Gb memory kit

G.Skill has worked hard to become one of the world's leading memory manufacturers and, to celebrate the release of the processor AMD's Ryzen Threadripper 3990X, has prepared a memory kit from 256 GB that offers high speeds, low latencies and support 3990X validated.

This memory kit DRAM da 256GB uses eight 32GB DIMMs that work a 3600 MHz with timings CL16-20-20, which is a good mix considering the size and number of DIMM used by G.Skill. G.Skill tested these new memory DIMMs using the ASUS ROG motherboard Zenith II Extreme Alpha.

Unfortunately, these DIMMs are not expected to enter the market until second quarter 2020, so this is obviously not an upcoming release.
