As already anticipated by Microsoft yesterday, the campaign of the last chapter of Halo: Infinite was finally shown. This is the first time that the title has been shown since the first gameplay demonstration that did not have good feedback and which dates back to over a year ago. The game now appears in a much better light as you can see from the trailer below.
Halo Infinite looks like a return to the more open and expanded level design of the old trilogy, with many references in particular to Halo: Combat Evolved. The storyline of Halo Infinite will put us against the threat of the mysterious "Zeta Halo" conquered by the Exiles.
Inside the trailer, which we invite you to watch even just for the exceptional soundtrack, the release date is also confirmed. This had already been fixed previously, but it is still reassuring to have the confirmation that on December 8, 2021 we will have the new chapter of the saga in our hands. Could this finally be the chapter with which 343 Industries will be able to make its own a saga that seems lost after the transition from Bungie to this latest software house?
