    Ubisoft Montreal has revealed more information regarding the expected update of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege for PlayStation 5.

    Through the PlayStation Blog he has in fact outlined the most relevant news that, starting from next December 1st, will bring the version for the Sony flagship to a new quality level.

    Two new graphics modes, first of all, they will give the possibility to customize the play experience more:


    • Performance Mode: 120 fps - dynamic 4K
    • Resolution Mode: 60 fps - 4K

    Among the technical improvements introduced by this new version, one must certainly be highlighted better management of lighting and depth of field.


    In addition to graphics, the quality of life will also be improved, fully supporting the activity cards introduced by PlayStation 5.

    Innovations also from the point of view of control, thanks to the peculiarities offered by DualSense: Rainbow Six Siege will take full advantage of adaptive triggers and haptic feedback.

    At the end, All progress and Operators unlocked in the PS4 version of the title will automatically carry over to PlayStation 5, so that every gamer can resume playing without having to start from scratch. The update to the PS5 version will be totally free if you already own the PlayStation 4 version.
