Unlike The Division 2's other end-game content, which requires the full main story, to unlock the specializations it will be enough to reach level 30 with your character.
Advantages of specialization and possibility of modification:
Each of the three specialization classes has a distinctive weapon and a distinctive weapon slot, added directly to the existing loadout. It will also be possible move from one specialization to another without limitations.
To activate specializations and modify them if necessary it will be sufficient to reach the counter near the quartermaster of the operational base.
