EK, the manufacturer of liquid coolers for PCs, presented EK-Quantum Reflection Obsidian 1000D D5 PWM D-RGB, a reservoir, a routing solution and a pump specially designed for the Corsair Obsidian 1000D. This distribution plate is designed to provide a unique liquid cooling solution with double pumps D5 for users who demand quality aesthetics, quietness, and enough flow for multiple GPUs.
This distribution plate is designed to bring the EK Quantum aesthetic into the front of the 1000D case and to offer high flow and quiet operation thanks to two original D5 pumps connected in series. EK-Quantum Reflection despite the low thickness weighs a lot 5,3 kg. The EK-Quantum Reflection Obsidian 1000D D5 distribution plate only fits Corsair Obsidian 1000D Super-Tower.
The distribution plate occupies both mounting positions of the front radiator, leaving space for two 480 mm thick XE radiators at the top. Three metal brackets are provided for fixing: two are used to mount it on the front telescopic radiator tray, while the third is used, if the loop uses soft tubes, to connect the upper and front radiator trays, allowing their simultaneous extraction. This distribution plate comes with a pair of powerful and silent D5 pumps controlled by PWM and a strip Integrated addressable D-RGB LED which runs the entire length of the unit while the cover in black anodized aluminum hides unwanted LED hotspots.
