Animal Crossing: New Horizons - Acorn Guide

Thanks to the latest update of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, autumn has also arrived in the acclaimed Nintendo title.

Specifically, the fall season, in the game, will last from September 1st to November 30th in the Northern Hemisphere and from March 1st to May 31st in the Southern Hemisphere.

With the arrival of the new season, in Animal Crossing: New Horizons it will be possible to find and collect new ingredients to experiment and try new recipes. Among them are the acorns. But how can they be found and collected? In our guide, we will explain how to get them in a few simple steps.

First of all, make sure the game is updated to its latest version. You will realize this directly by playing: autumn brings with it colors very different from the summer ones, more tending to the various chrome plating of yellow and orange, and so will your island.

After that you will have to go in search of deciduous trees: you will easily recognize them because they have a rounded and less pointed shape than, for example, that of pine.

At this point, shake the tree and, with a little luck, several acorns may fall to the ground. Collect them and have fun preparing the new recipes for the fall season!
