Ready to be catapulted into the ferocious galactic business of bounty hunting and "dirty jobs"? Because that's exactly what we're going to have to do in Killsquad!

Killsquad presents itself as a fun cooperative action RPG, set in a very brutal and dangerous sci-fi universe.

Novarama, Spanish development house, has put the game in Early Access su Steam, but in the future it should also see the light on PlayStation 4 e Xbox One. In Killsquad we will take control of one of the four (for now) available characters, each with their own unique class and abilities, and we will find ourselves having to face a game that makes cooperative action one of its strong points. A bit' Diablo and a little' MOBA: this could be the most correct and fitting definition for Killsquad.

Each mission we are going to undertake will be a kind of hunting contract, with limited availability over time, which we will have to choose based on the power level of the equipment we wear. As in Monster Hunter World in fact, there will not be a real character growth system (or rather, not as we usually understand it) but the advancement will be based primarily on the quality and rarity of the various tools that we can find around the missions or shopp with currency in-game in the appropriate stores.

Basically, the equipment is divided into weapons and support objects, with three customizable dedicated slots and with the possibility of improving their performance, through a very simple crafting system.

Our paraphernalia will also define our level, and therefore the missions we can take part in.

The abilities of each character will be activated by acquiring experience points (read: slaying everything does the sole act of moving) in levels to be climbed valid only for that particular mission. Which means that no matter how many hours you have accumulated, to unlock that particular perk you will have to slaughter until you reach the appropriate level in each mission.

In this first phase of Early Access we will almost always find ourselves faced with tasks such as "kill this boss" or "defend this position for a few minutes", which, combined with having to "level" the perks to each individual contract, does not from a great tactical depth in facing the level. Whatever the ultimate purpose, first we will have to do a simple and as fast massacre of opponents, so as to get to the boss (or one of the various mini bosses scattered around the map) duly pumped to make a carnage without too many thoughts. As the massacre progresses, we will acquire not only credits and items to enhance the character, but also to make aesthetic customizations which, given the nature purely online coop of the title, will allow us to create (at the moment only in-game, without shopping anything) an avatar tailored to our tastes.

Killsquad, as far as we've been able to prove, technically does more than its duty, with good sound and smooth and well-characterized graphics, which perfectly reflects the overall attitude of the game.

We are sure that Killsquad, especially in light of the improvements and additions that will arrive before and after its future official launch, will make its way into the world of mainly online based games. Playing with friends is already fun like this, in the final version we imagine it is even more! Try it!
