Fallout 76 Wastelanders - Companion Guide

Fallout 76 Wastelanders - Companion Guide

Fallout 76: Wastelanders has finally arrived and between promises and postponements, it is the chance for Fallout 76 to get up. Considering that you can only have one companion at a time in the CAMP, let's see all 4 “candidates” one at a time.

Here's a quick companion guide to this valuable expansion.

    BECKETT

It is the first you will meet. Go to the Rusty Pick and take the “Narrow Escape” mission, which will ask you to go to a nearby camp to free Beckett from the Blood Eagles. Once freed, Beckett will want you to retrieve his belongings at Sludge Works, a mission that you can tackle stealth or more aggressively. Upon completion, you can build the bar and win, with it, the company of good Beckett.

    RAIDER PUNK

He will be located north of Vault 76 or one of the southeastern regions, but it will not be enough to identify where it is: to access even the possibility of having it as a companion you must be level 50 or have +5 in Perception, in addition to having obtained the "Cooperative" level in the Raider reputation or a +8 in luck. End the dialogue with him and he will be enrolled in your CAMP. If you are having difficulty finding it, you can recover it after finishing the story but only if you have allied with the Raiders.

    COMMANDER SOFIA DAGUERRE

After receiving a distress call in the “The Mire” area, go to the lower level of the abandoned bunker and heal the Daguerre with a Stimpak. When you have made her aware of what's going on, it will be time to find hers flight recorder southeast of the bunker. Retrieving it will see you forced to fight against a good number of Super Mutants. With the recorder in her possession Sofia will send you to retrieve the decryption key, now in the hands of an assaultron called PANDORA: fighting it is an option, but with +8 Intelligence, Sofia will tell you the code with which to turn off PANDORA without risk (“Blue Sunset”). Go back to Sofia and get ready… for another step: this time a detail is needed consul to decrypt the key, an instrument that you can build directly in your CAMP and, with it, “win” the loyalty of Daguerre as a new companion.

    SETTLER FORAGER

It is located at Foundation. At the base, take the elevator to the floor where Paige's office is: the old man you will see walking around it is the Forager itself. To have him as a companion and earn random quests with weapons and equipment as rewards, all you have to do is have +6 in Intelligence, +3 in Charisma or +8 in Luck, and reputation with the Settlers at the "Cooperative" level.
