Skills in Kingdom Hearts 3 are key. They expand the possibilities of combat, exploration and bring a lot of convenience. So it is normal to want to equip as much as possible but, at low levels, the game limits the usable points by tightening the belt a lot. Fortunately, scattered around the first worlds, you can find AP + 3 which, as the name implies, increase the usable AP by 3.

Olympus
In Olympus there are 4 AP + 3 to be found.
At the beginning of the world, as soon as you arrive in Thebes, you find the first in front of the burning cauldron on the left.
Immediately after the first upgrade of Goofy's shield (able to get you through the flames), look for the chest on the roofs of the area of Thebes
Shortly after the section where Hercules will be holding a palace alone, look for a chest in the grassy area.
While climbing Mount Olympus, where the rock titan hinders the path on the first journey, look for a chest near the top of the mountain, on a support to the left of the climb.
Twilight Town
In the forest before the mansion, look for a scalable fallen tree, in the area above you will find the chest with the AP + 3
Kingdom of Corona
In the beach area, outside the city, find the chest directly in front of the entrance
Arandelle
In the ice valley, around the central section, head southwest and continue on the path where Heartless spawns, at the end of the path avoid the road on the left and use the Double vault ability to get to an elevated area, where you will find the chest
