    What is meant by biomes in Minecraft?

    It refers ecosystem of a specific area within the game. Emulating the same thing that happens in real life, depending on the geography of a terrain this will vary its content. In this way, the different types of biomes in Minecraft they will have substantially different resources and enemies.

    Don't expect to get a zombie deep in the ocean, but fear drowned people and desert mummies instead.

    forest

    The predominantly temperate climate it is one of the most common. Life abounds in the form of trees and animals (and hostile crowds at sunset). Among its variants there are usually hills, in bloom, covered and with trees of specific species.

    Desert

    With no trees and lots of sand, they can be hilly or quite flat. It does not rain and the presence of animals is scarce. It stands out above all for the presence of pyramids and temples.

    Plain or savannah

    It is one of the most frequent types of biomes in Minecraft, in this ecosystem mainly open spaces and horses are usually more frequent.



    Pantano

    Little land and a lot of shallow water is what usually characterizes this biome. Here you can find the slime and the famous witch huts.

    Jungle

    Lush and overwhelming, trees in this ecosystem can reach 30 blocks in height, offering shelter from the rain. With a total government of vines, that's it the ideal place if you are looking for ocelot or cocoa.

    Prairie or tundra

    Being another of the most common, it is distinguished by the colder climate and less vegetation compared to the flowery forests, caves and villages. Among its variants you can find fields of sunflowers and ice spikes.

    Taiga-n

    Halfway between meadow and forest, what characterizes this biome is its cold climate and there are impressive sequoias.

    Mountain

    With the stone above and below, offers many resources on display. At high altitudes it usually snows and the water freezes. Ideal for getting llamas and sheep.

    Ocean

    Huge bodies of water, you can find temples, wrecks and a whole marine life such as corals, dolphins, turtles and many other species.

    Mushroom Island

    Of all the types of biomes in Minecraft, Mushroom Island is one of the rarest to obtain. Here you will find small and giant mushrooms, it is also highly sought after to be the homeland of the mythical cowseta.


    Desk

    Quite difficult to locate, this biome it is characterized by being made of clay and have little or no vegetation, being a fairly aggressive environment.

    The Nether

    This special environment is considered to be located in another dimension. There is no water and there is lots of lava and stronger enemies than usual, being able to find castles and special resources.


    The end

    More than a biome, it is another of the special dimensions. This dimension is the most difficult and aggressive and, as expected, it is where the legendary final boss of the game lives.
