How Wallapop works
The way to use Wallapop is very simple, Well, you just have to register on the website to create a profile that allows you to use it to buy and sell items.
You can create a Wallapop account via Facebook, Google or with an email.
If you choose to register with Facebook or Google you just have to select the option on the home page.
If you prefer to register with your email, you will need to enter your details, name and surname, email and password.
When the registration is already confirmed you will receive an email to verify your account. If not received, please check your spam folder.
It is a sort of social network that puts at your disposal the closest people who have the product you are looking for for sale or who are interested in buying what you offer, depending on the case that arises.

Send an offer
If you are interested in a product, log into the chat with the seller, there you will find an icon with the text "Buy", located at the top of the screen. By clicking on this icon you will access the purchase form, from which you can check or modify the shipping and payment details with which you will make the purchase of your product.
You must fill in all the information to receive the order:
- Name and surname
- Floor / door
- Postal code
- Phone Number
These data may be shared with couriers for the correct functioning of the service and visible on the admission receipt that will be provided to the seller. The use of this data is exclusively for shipping and will not be used for any other purpose.
Once the offer has been sent, the seller has 24 hours to accept it. In the event that you refuse it or do not accept it, we will automatically refund you the amount paid.
Keep in mind that you need to check that everything is right as once the offer is sent it is not possible to change it.
Remember that in some cases when you submit the offer, the money will automatically be withdrawn from your card.

How can I pay?
When you have accessed the chat with the buyer and selected the "Buy" option, you will see the different payment options available. At this point you can choose which payment method you prefer.

- Paper. You must enter your card details to make the payment if you have not registered it previously.

In case of any refund, it will be made on the payment method used to make the purchase.
Remember that cash on delivery is not accepted.
To delete or change your card details, you can do so from the "Wallet" section in the "You" section of the navigation bar, by accessing the "Bank details" section.

This service will allow you to purchase products on Wallapop throughout Spain and Spain and receive them at your home in a convenient and safe way for both seller and buyer. Shipments will come carried out by the Spanish Post Office o Bartolini.
To use this service, the buyer will have to send an offer using the "Buy" button located in the chat, pressing the "Buy now" button or using the "Buy" button on the advertisement.
The seller will have to accept the offer, which can be viewed both on the chat and in the "Shipping" section in the main menu.
If the seller accepts the offer, a tracking number will be generated for the package to be delivered to a Spanish post office within 5 calendar days.
Both seller and buyer will stay updated on the shipment status directly on the mobile app and can also be informed on the Poste Spagnane website using the tracking number that will be provided in the “Shipping” section in the main menu.
The buyer will receive the package in about 4 working days from the moment it will be delivered by the seller to the Spanish Post Office. Once received, and after the deadline of 48 hours within which the buyer can claim a possible problem, the payment will be made to the seller who will receive it in the Wallapop wallet and can keep it for future purchases or transfer it to the bank.
Remember that each tracking number is intended to send only one product, so it is not possible to divide or group shipments.
Cancel my Wallapop account
You can cancel your account, to do this you need to access ours website. The option is not available in the app.
- Log into the website.
- Log in to your profile.
- Select the Account option.
- You will find the option to unsubscribe at the bottom of the page under the field to change your email and password.
Please note that once your account is deleted you will lose all content (ratings, chats, products sold, favorites, etc.) and it will not be possible to recover them. Remember to check that you have no pending transactions or money waiting to be received or transferred before deactivating your account.
