Baldur's Gate 3 developer Larian has revealed Youtube and Twitch integration for the PC and Google Stadia versions of the game. In this way the streamer will act as the Dungeon Master while the spectators will control the gameplay decisions and the general trend.

Viewers will vote on the dialogue they prefer in the numerous conversations and the streamer will see the final percentages, and choose whether to follow the chat or make decisions on their own.

The Crowd Choiche function of the platform will be exploited on Stadia, which is accessible to streamers and Youtube viewers, and the same with Twitch thanks to its integration. Viewers will also be able to see the character's stats, abilities, and inventory.

Larian also revealed another way to bring cutscenes to multiplayer, particularly in the moments most driven by the players themselves. Through a mix of performance capture and bespoke adaptive cameras, every moment of a character can be cinematic, allowing you to create epic scenes without a huge budget.

All of this will be available with early access to Baldur's Gate 3 on September 30th.
