The TOTS of all FIFA 21 leagues have finally been revealed. Let's find out which are the 10 strongest players.
The season of FIFA 21 is slowly moving towards the end, although, in truth, Electronic Arts is continuing to broadly support the title. Between new events, new Icon Swaps, new cards and many other innovations, the game continues to grind incredible numbers, with many active players on the servers despite the time of year. As already mentioned in the previous special, the TOTS, that is the best players of the season for each championship, are taking the stand at the moment. In the previous piece we in fact discovered the top ten positions of the ranking, leaving for today what is the Top Ten of the strongest players in this FIFA 21.
We immediately give you a little spoiler: we have many surprises in this top 10, but not in the first three places, those are "untouchable" even if we do not clearly reveal the exact order. Are you curious to find out the complete ranking? So let's go!
Position number 10: Joshua Kimmich (Bayern Munich)
Last place in the top 10 of the ranking of the best TOTS of FIFA 21 for Joshua Kimmich, handyman half-way of Bayern Munich and the German national team Agility, defense, big lungs and incredibly good feet are the strengths of an omnipresent and pungent midfielder, who makes himself felt in every area of the pitch and in every moment of the match. The only defects are due to the now well-known issue hybridity (German who plays in Germany) and physique, sometimes too thin to allow him to win tackles but, believe us, this card cannot be missing from your team.
Position number 9: Nani (Orlando City)
At the ninth post of our selection we find Nani, a former Manchester United star who also passed (albeit anonymously) for Simone Inzaghi's Lazio. The Portuguese winger, in this version, is absolutely incredible: five-star skill and five-star weak foot, agility and ball control at the top and a good finish. All this is Nani, who loses something only from a physical point of view, a lethal player, especially in the hands of those who know how to skill well and are good at using the various "sprint boosts" to free themselves from shooting. The only problem? It really costs a lot but, trust me, it's worth up to the last credit spent!
Position number 8: Theo Hernandez (Milan)
Let's go back to position number eight with Theo Hernandez, full-back for Milan and the transalpine national team. Theo is a practically perfect player and can play indiscriminately in almost any role on the pitch without any objective loss of performance. The French defender gives his best in the role of central defender or in the middle, thanks to an incredible defensive phase and an excellent pass, which makes him perfect in the setting phase once the ball has been recovered. In short: if you are looking for a fast, technical and powerful defender who can play practically anywhere in the middle of the field, you have found the man for you. And then it's French ...
Position number 7: Aaron Wan-Bissaka (Manchester United)
At the seventh position we find a player practically mirroring the good Theo, that is Aaron Wan-Bissaka, right back (but in reality a central top) in force at Manchester United and pivot of the English national team. Unlike Theo, “Obi-Wan” is certainly less hybrid but on balance he is also stronger in the defensive phase. Wan-Bissaka is, most likely, the "adapted" center-defender mile of all of FIFA 21 and in the few occasions we have had the opportunity to try it he has literally amazed us thanks to an incredible speed and amount of automatic movements. In addition, the player now has a more than affordable cost. If you have a chance to take it and hybridize it, go for it!
Position number 6: Alphonso Davies (Bayern Munich)
We approach the top 5 and remain in defense for the next player on the list. We refer to the unstoppable Canadian full-back of Bayern Munich Alphonso Davies, one of the best interpreters of the role and also very skilled in many other areas of the field. Davies is perhaps the fastest player in the game, both on the ball and in the non-possession phase, and has literally spatial AI both in the defensive and offensive phases. For this reason Davies is practically a wild card who can easily play any role in the middle of the field. Obviously, however, the best roles for him (besides the natural one) are the DC and the CDC. Trust me. Too bad, however, because it costs so much, but it is useless to tell you that you will bless every single credit spent to buy the player.
Position number 5: Frankie de Jong (Barcelona)
First box of the top five that goes specifically to one of the most loved and used players (even in the meta) in recent years, a complete and almost perfect player from practically every point of view. We are obviously talking about Frankie de Jong, former Ajax leader midfielder and now the pivot of the new Barcelona whom, trust me, in the middle of the field you cannot really do without. Finding faults in de Jong is really difficult, but if we really wanted to do it we could say that in the offensive phase he is not so skilled, especially in the closing phase, but it is a small thing that belongs only in part to a player so skilled in practically every corner of the field.
Position number 4: Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United)
Very first position before the podium for United midfielder Bruno Fernandes, one of the undisputed protagonists of this football season but also of the FIFA 21 season. The Portuguese has in fact obtained many special cards this year, thanks also to an incredible performance with United , and has quickly become one of the most loved and used players in the game, in any version. Despite not having (at least in the basic version) incredible statistics, Bruno is actually a real champion, capable of doing both phases perfectly, while preferring by far the offensive one. The TOTS card does full justice to the player, "boosting" practically all the stats until it is perfect, or almost. So why not on the podium? Well, because on the podium there are those three ...
Position number 3: Kylian Mbappè (PSG)
First step of the podium occupied by the unstoppable and unstoppable Kylian Mbappè, one of the most loved talents in international football as well as one of the strongest and most used players of FIFA 21. Like Bruno, he too has received several special cards (including the POTM and the TOTY ) but clearly in the TOTS version it is practically perfect, at least on paper. In game Mbappè is incredibly agile and fast, able to jump practically anyone without too much trouble, and in this version he is also more accurate in shooting (his only flaw) and much more skilled in feeding teammates. In short: Kylian TOTS is perfect for playing outside in a three-man attack or in a four-man midfield, but he can clearly also play in attack, although in this role he is a hair behind the top two in the standings.
Position number 2: Neymar Jr. (PSG)
In second place in the ranking we find the amazing Neymar Jr, an amazing player in all his versions and who is still used by practically all players today, even in the basic Gold version. Neymar has the perfect 5/5 combo (skill and weak foot) and above all has a body structure that allows him to walk with the ball attached to his feet, becoming almost impregnable for most of the opposing defenders. The TOTS card goes to fix what is practically the only shortcoming of the basic card, namely the shot, in particular the power, making “Neymarcito” even more out of scale than it already is in its basic version. And, again, why isn't it in first place? Very simple: the master of FIFA 21 is only one ...
Position number 1: Cristiano Ronaldo (Juventus / Piemonte Calcio)
The strongest TOTS of this FIFA 21 can only be him, Cristiano Ronaldo, a timeless Juventus champion and former star of Real Madrid and Manchester United. Never before has Ronaldo shown himself to be the strongest striker in the game, from practically every point of view. Shooting power, precision in front of goal, coolness, clarity, body control: the Portuguese striker is literally unrivaled in the role of central striker whether he plays as a single striker or in a duo attack. The only flaw, even in the TOTS version, is the balance, but believe us, you will never feel it too much, precisely because the Portuguese striker seems almost unable to make a mistake once he reaches the penalty area.
Also for this year, for TOTS, that's really all. What do you think of it? Do you have a favorite? Let us know in the comments and… Happy FIFA 21 everyone!
