Thanks to this new Prime Try First service, purchasing clothing will be easier and more convenient for all Prime Amazon subscribers.

As already mentioned the service is only included to people who have an Amazon Prime subscription, so if you don't have one you will need to sign up for this service first.



What is Prime Try first

Prime Try First, Pay Later is a service included in the Prime subscription at no additional cost.

It is available for Prime customers who have a shipping address in Spain.

Prime Try first, pay then reduce the barriers to shopping for fashion on Amazon through:

  1. delayed payment,
  2. made easy,
  3. risk-free home trial option.

Customers like Prime Try first, pay later to safely discover new styles and brands. With Prime Try First, Pay Then, customers can choose up to 6 items from a wide selection of clothing, shoes and accessories for women, men and children.

Once their order is received, customers can try their items at home for up to 7 days before deciding which items they want to keep or return, and then only be charged for the items they want to keep.

For their returns, customers can use the same package they received and the prepaid return label provided with each shipment.

What is Prime Try First, Pay Later?

Prime Try First, Pay Later is an exclusive Prime program that allows you to try on suitable items of clothing and shoes for women, men, children and babies before purchasing them. You have 7 days to try the items at home, after which you will only pay for those you decide to keep.

Are there any fees associated with Prime Try First, Pay Later?

Prime Try First, Pay Then is included with qualifying Prime memberships and does not pay any additional fees. Shipping and returns are included and free.

Which items are eligible for Prime Try First, Pay Later?

Prime Try First, Pay Then eligible items include clothing, shoes and accessories for women, men, children and babies. You can identify eligible items by the icon or wording Prime Try First, Pay Later.

How many items can I try at one time?

You can try up to 6 items at a time. It is not possible to order multiple copies of the same identical item (i.e. same size and same color) with a single order.

How many Prime Try First, Pay Later orders can be placed at the same time?

We can ship multiple Prime Trial orders to your home first, then pay at a time. In some cases, you will not be able to place another Prime Try order first, then pay if you don't purchase all of the items in your current order or if we haven't received all the items you chose not to keep. Go to the My Orders section to track your orders and to the Return Center in "Manage Returns" to keep track of your return.


How long is the trial period?

From the day of delivery of your Prime Try first order, pay then you have 7 days to try the items at home. If you receive your order in multiple packages, the trial period begins once the last item is received.
Before the 7 day trial period ends, please go to the "My Orders" section to checkout and tell us which items you want to keep and which items to return before you are charged for the entire order. Deliver returns within 7 days of the end of the trial period.
Don't worry, we'll email you reminders throughout the entire process. However, this does not affect your statutory rights.


How do I track my Prime Try first, pay later order or return?

To track the status of your order, access the "My orders" section. You can check the progress of the return shipment from the Return Center under "Manage Returns". Return all items in their original packaging to ensure fast and accurate processing.

How can I validate an order?

To validate your order, go to the "My orders" section and tell us the items you want to keep and those you intend to return.

Do I have to validate the order online? What happens if I choose to keep all the items in my order?

You must return to the My Orders section to finalize and pay for the order before the end of the 7 day trial period to only be charged for the items you intend to keep. If you forget to complete the checkout during the trial period, you will be billed for all the items in the order at the end of the 7 days. If, at the time of the charge, you have already sent the return, you will not have to intervene in any way as you will automatically receive a refund as soon as we receive the returned items.


When will the cost of the items be charged?

You will not be charged for items until you complete your purchase on Amazon.com during the 7-day trial period. If you do not complete the online checkout in the My Orders section by the end of the 7 day trial period, we will charge you for all items in the order. Don't worry, we'll send you reminders.

What payment methods are accepted for Prime Try First, Pay Later orders?

Prime Try first, pay then only accept credit and debit cards with an expiration date of at least 90 days. In some cases, we may accept credit and prepaid cards with expiration dates of less than 90 days. Gift vouchers cannot be used. We use card authorization to verify payment cards


What if, after checkout is complete, I change my mind and decide to keep other items?

If you decide to keep items that you marked for return during checkout, you will be billed 30 days after the trial period ends. However, this could lead to a delay in shipping your next Prime Try First, Pay Later order.

How do I return items from my Prime Trial order first, pay later that I don't want to buy?

First, complete the online checkout before the end of the 7-day trial period by going to the My Orders section and indicating which items you want to keep and which you intend to return.
Then put the items back in the resealable bag to which you will need to apply the prepaid label provided with the order or choose the return option that is most convenient for you. Then deliver the package to the most convenient collection location within 7 days of the end of the 7-day trial period.
You also have the option to choose an alternative return option by going to the My Orders section and selecting the carrier of your choice.
Make sure to return items with their tags still attached and in their original packaging, including hangers, bags, shoeboxes, dust bags and gift boxes. The items must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. If the purchased item was delivered to you damaged, faulty, different from the one you ordered, return it by following the Prime Trial return procedure first, pay later.
Note: If you receive an order split into multiple packages, you can return the items in one or more of the packages you receive.

How long does it take to return my items?

You have until the end of the 7-day trial period to specify which items you want to keep and which ones to return (go to the My orders section). If you wish to return items, simply follow the relevant instructions. Deliver all returns to your preferred shipping location within 7 days of the end of your 7-day trial period.

Can I wear the clothes and return them?

You can try everything in the comfort of your own home. The items you wish to return must not have been worn, must have tags still attached and be in their original packaging, including hangers, envelopes, shoe boxes, dust bags and gift boxes. The items must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. When we receive a return, we determine in our sole discretion whether the products are in an acceptable condition based on the provisions of the Amazon Fashion Return Policy. If we believe that the returned items are not in an acceptable condition, we may in our sole discretion charge you the purchase price and ship the products back to you. This does not affect your statutory rights or Amazon's 30-day returns policy.

What do I do if I want to return something after the 7 day trial period?

If you change your mind or if, at the end of the trial period, you have been billed for items you do not intend to keep, you will have an additional 30 days from the end of the trial period to return the products to Amazon and receive a refund. Items will be subject to the Amazon Fashion Returns Policy (Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, envelopes, attached tags, shoes, dust bags and gift boxes. Also, they must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged ). However, this does not affect your statutory rights.

Do I have to return all items by the end of the 7 day trial period?

To prevent Prime Trial order first, pay then be charged, go to My Orders section and complete checkout before the trial period ends. Then, deliver the returns to the most convenient shipping location within 7 days of the end of your 7-day trial period.

Can I return non-Prime Trial items first, pay later with my Prime Trial returns, pay later?

No. You can only return items included in your Prime Trial order first, then pay in the same package.
How do i return my order if i receive more than one package?
You can return your items in any package using any of the included return labels.

How do I return my items if the prepaid label has been lost or not in the package?

If you do not have the prepaid label, you can print a new label and its instructions by going to My Orders and choosing "View instructions and return label". Print the label and apply it to the package, which you will deliver to the most convenient shipping office.
Or choose an alternative return option in the My Orders section.
