ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 is a really light laptop, but not lacking in power

ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) announced today it ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16, a gaming laptop featuring an immersive 16 ″ display and a powerful new Intel processor inside an ultra-thin 15 ″ chassis.

For smooth, detailed images, the 16 ″ display combines a high resolution WQHD with a 165Hz refresh rate, 3ms response time and Adaptive-Sync. It is also suitable for content creation thanks to a 16:10 display, with Pantone Validated certification, 100% coverage of DCI-P3 colors and Dolby Vision support for richer images.

The new processors up to 9th Generation Intel Core i11900-11H guarantee high update speed and excellent performance in content creation. The configuration up to one GeForce RTX 3070 GPU offers high frame rates and RTX technologies even for rendering the latest games. Furthermore, the system ROG Intelligent Cooling keeps the Zephyrus M16 cool while ensuring high CPU and GPU performance.

A six-speaker system featuring a pair of force-canceling woofers produces clear, deep sound, enhanced by Dolby Atmos technology. The 3D system microphone array captures clear audio in any scenario, and technology Two-Way AI Noise Cancelation intelligently removes background noise.

16 "display in an ultrathin 15" form factor

The streamlined design of the ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 fits a 16 ″ display into one slim chassis which is 5% smaller than ASUS ROG Zephyrus M15, the model launched last year and with a 15 ”display. The ultra-thin bezels measure just 4,6mm on all four sides, thanks to a redesigned display cable to allow the bottom bezel to be as thin as the others. All in all, this design offers an immersive 94% screen-to-body ratio. Ready for the most challenging demands of content creators, the display is factory calibrated and Pantone Validated certified to ensure accurate and lifelike colors. 

ASUS ROG Zephyrus M16 is synonymous with portability. At just 19,9mm thick and 1,9kg in weight, it's easy to carry under your arm or in a backpack. The large 90Wh battery offers up to 10 hours of activity, with a technology of fast recharge that allows you to reach 50% in just 30 minutes. Plus the Type-C cable charger adds extra flexibility for those who work outside the home. While the full-size adapter is required for maximum performance, the laptop can handle everyday work with a charger Smaller Type-C or even a portable USB Power Bank.

Infinite connectivity

The different connectivity possibilities pave the way for play, creative projects and daily work. There Thunderbolt 4 port connects two 4K 60Hz displays or a single 8K monitor, and offers lightning-fast access to media and other data on external drives. Users can charge the laptop and other devices through this port, including USB Type-C devices.

A port Type-C separate and one pair of USB Type-A ports provide ample space for gaming peripherals and more. The 6 WiFi allows users to take advantage of faster wireless networks, while the Ethernet jack allows for a pristine connection for multiplayer gaming. The card reader microSD finally, it makes it easy to access media from cameras and other devices.
