There is some good game here. We had already had an inkling of it some time ago that Desperados 3 was very promising, but that the work of Mimimi Games to reach seemingly very high quality levels, turns out to be a very welcome and unexpected surprise.
Seeing it live, projected in front of our retinas, while the ecstasy of an omnipotent puppeteer took hold in our synapses parallel to the game demonstration that the developers diligently carried forward, has brought us back to the times when RTS they were playful creations capable of gripping the minds and hearts of millions of gamers scattered across the globe. Taking advantage of the skills of each of the members of the gang, orchestrating their own plot in the desired way, feeds the desire to know more, to project into the future to finally test the definitive version of the binary code constituent Desperados 3.
And the beauty is that, very soon, it becomes clear that there are many ways to complete the proposed missions, making the fantasy as the only limit to the possibilities of hatching ever more diabolical and perfectionist plans.
The homo ludens can stop the game action, set the AI that governs the team of felons of which you are proud leaders, suggesting the next actions to be performed, and then reactivate the passage of time, greedily enjoying the spectacle of destruction and death staged.
Whether you want to study traps, exploit the environment for your own use or, why not, emulate Rambo with the sweaty headband perpetually on the forehead, Desperados 3 does not seem to disappoint under any circumstances. Mimimi Games really seems to have put the boost into the production of this game, which looks truly amazing from every angle. Even technically, Desperados 3 promises sparks, constantly copulating with the gamer's retinas, alternating stunning landscape mirages with more closed but highly detailed settings. The feeling is that of really breathing the atmosphere of the Far West: everything appears packaged with almost painstaking care, highlighting a work characterized by high production standards.
As reported at the beginning of the article, Desperados 3 promises to be the best Desperados ever. Fully recovered from the half misstep made with the second chapter, the franchise would seem ready to settle at the top, where only the best real time strategies of every time and dimension sail.
