In view of the imminent Gamescom 2021, the organization of the German videogame fair has issued the nomination agli Award of this edition. Not surprisingly, among the games with the most nominations we find the highly anticipated Elden Ring, a soulslike video game from FromSoftware and Bandai Namco that saw the creative participation of writer George Martin; the video game is included in 5 different award categories.
The nominations for the Gamescom 2021 Awards were established by an international jury made up of German and international video game experts, journalists and content creators. There are 22 categories of awards, and the announcements of the various winners will be assigned starting with the Opening Night Live this Wednesday 25 August 2021, an event from which we await many news such as the Saints Row reboot.
Fans can only vote in two award categories: Best Streamer and Gamescom Most Wanted Consumer Award. Voting is already open and will end on Saturday 28 August at 15pm local time. The votes are expressed through an online survey that can be filled in from this address. Below, we list all the nominations divided by winner announcement dates.
