How to deal with a Nurikabe in Nioh

In addition to mimic chests and Mujina, in Nioh there are also some annoying mimic walls, better known as Nurikabe, a little more demanding than the first mentioned. We are talking about giant stone beasts that mimic walls in various levels. If you get close, their eyes will light up and to save them you will have to perform some gestures. Depending on your eye color, you will have to choose different gestures:

    • Blue - positive gestures
    • Yellow - neutral gestures
    • Red - negative gestures

The Nurikabe often blocks the way to a treasure, to a shortcut or to regenerative sources. Try to perform gestures of different colors, until the whole wall vanishes. In case you did something wrong, beware of his long arms, which can result in a deadly attack. Leave the area and return to it later, waiting for the monster to stop being angry, or try to defeat it the old way.

In some situations it will also happen that you can finish behind the Nurikabe. By removing the talisman behind him, you will get him out of the way without getting involved in some unwanted gestural battle.
