Among the many equipment and objects present in Marvel's Avengers there are also the DNA keys. You can receive them as a reward for completing certain missions, specifically in "Taming a Titan". It's easy to get them in missions War Zone, repeating them many times, defeating the humanoid bosses. It is easy to find the keys even in the Criminal Sectors, where it will be possible to find Taskmaster and Abomination. Sometimes these keys are also sold by faction merchants.
In the title of Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics, the function of the DNA keys is to open specific chests that contain legendary calibration equipment. They are found mostly in warehouses of the Tundra and AIM Laboratories, which are often branded as secondary objectives. It will therefore be sufficient to wander around the map a bit so that JARVIS himself signals them, pointing on them specific easy-to-reach markers. Remember, however, that without keys at your disposal it will be impossible to open them so you must make sure you have them before setting off: you can still open the deposit and stock up on objects and exp, defeating the enemies guarding it, which in any case should not be underestimated.
