Surprisingly, Sony has announced Travis Scott as a new member of the team, in the role of PlayStation Creative Partner. The announcement was made known via a video on the official PlayStation channels, pending the launch of PS5.
The video has already achieved a huge number of views, and there is no doubt that the now famous American rapper can bring many advantages to Sony and especially to the new PlayStation 5 as part of the creative team. It is not yet clear how the figure of Travis Scott will be exploited, but it will certainly contribute to the communication campaign approaching the launch of PS5.

According to Eric Lempel, senior vice president of PlayStation Worldwide Marketing, the purpose of the collaboration is to keep the ideas as "open as possible", leaving room for "interesting and creative ideas" also with regard to the PS5 promotional campaign.
In addition, the collaboration also provides several PlayStation branded products proposed by Jack Cactus, such as the shoes that are seen worn by the rapper in the promotional video.
We can therefore expect great things from Sony, especially in the area of communication, regarding its new console. So we just have to wait, and start the countdown for the launch of PS5 that we remember will take place on November 12 only in some countries, while on the 19th of the same month in the rest of the world.
