One of the most popular games of last year was certainly Control: third person action capable of successfully mixing shooter and metroidvania mechanics.
One year after its release, i.e. in August 2020, the Control Ultimate Edition was released containing the expansions "The Foundation" and "EMA", as well as several game modes released after launch.
Well, the game's official Twitter account revealed the release date of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X | S edition, which will optimize performance on fledgling consoles. The digital launch is scheduled for February 2, 2021, while the physical edition will arrive exactly one month later: March 2, 2021.
As you can see from the video below, there will be two different graphics modes to choose from: "Performance Mode" and "Graphics Mode". The first will allow you to play at 60 fps, the second will limit frames to 30, but will activate ray-tracing.
The improvements will also be available as a patch but, as previously announced by Remedy, for Ultimate Edition owners only.
